PROFIT OR LOSS

A crowded boat was traveling down the Mississippi river. Many on board were miners returning from the northwest gold fields. suddenly the boat struck something hard and began to sink. the passengers that were able, grabbed life preservers and filled the life boat. some jumped overboard to swim to safety.
one man who jumped, sank like a stone as soon as he hit the water. when his body was found, they found his pocket stuffed with some of the gold the miners had left behind.
for a few moment, he had all the wealth he could grab but it cost him his life,

''Was it Worth It?

Are you trying to stuff your life with riches or pleasures that might eventually bring destruction? ''what a poor choice''!!!
Jesus said in (mark 8:36-37), ''what shall it profit a man if he/she gains the whole world and loses his own soul?''

you might have made that bad choice of sin, but the Good News is Jesus died for our sins and have reconciled us with the father.

all you have to do is to repent from your sins and accept Jesus as your Lord and personal saviour and he will wipe away sin from your life.

Are you ready to accept him?, say this short prayers:
LORD JESUS,
COME INTO MY LIFE,
I AM SORRY FOR ALL MY SINS,
I PROMISE TO DO THEM NO MORE,
CANCEL MY NAME FROM THE BOOK OF DEATH,
WRITE MY NAME IN THE BOOK OF LIFE,
I ACCEPT YOU INTO MY LIFE TODAY,
AMEN.
