News: Gospel Singer Nana Yaw Boakye Rebrands To M.O.G

Ghanaian contemporary gospel singer/songwriter
Nana Yaw Boakye has finally rebranded to
M.O.G and looks forward to make a lot of
impact with his brand reformation. M.O.G is a
minister of worship and praise; a true psalmist
who is well-known to be the minister whose
voice and image embodies the presence of the
Lord. Although few have had the advantage of
experiencing his exceptional uplifting
ministration and have been extremely blessed
beyond doubt,yet others around the globe will
crave for more of his passionate spirit filled
ministration. Nana Yaw Boakye’’ who is now
referred to as ‘’M.O.G’’ is a versatile and highly
gifted musician who has been very active in the
Ghana gospel showbiz scenery for years. He is
also one of the worship pastors and assitant
music director for the 700 member mass choir
of the Royalhouse Chapel Int. His selfless
character has earned him respect, honour and
recognition before some local and international
ministers of God.
While known as a premier figure in the Gospel
music scene, M.O.G has fortunately performed
on the same stage with several Ghanaian
renowned gospel musicians include Cwesi
Oteng, Nii Okai, Danny Nettey, Joe Mettle,
Francis Amo, and many others. some of the
international acts he has shared the stage with
include Dr. Ron Kenoly and Pastor Uche Agu
(Double Double) In 2012 he was a nominee in
the Ghana Gospel Music Awards, and has
recently been nominated for best comtemporary
album of the year in the coming Africa Gospel
Music Awards. And In 2013, M.O.G released his
debut album entitled “New Wine” which has
tracks like (Mercy) featuring Cwesi Oteng,
(Aseda) featuring Francis Amo, and (Testimony)
featuring Lerato from South Africa. Moreover
having chosen M.O.G (Man of God) as his
trademark; and his brand name to coincide with
his act, he is working in the studio and looking
forward to releasing five more singles God
willing this year 2014 and early next year. M.O.G
is a man of many brands, a man of God and the
people, a prolific minster to many, a musician of
the masses coming long full and timeless truths
stand steady and secured forever.
